Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma's Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sunday Olowo Samuel, has officially launched the Digital Payslip System (DPS) as part of his IMPACT 7 agenda. This milestone marks a significant step in the university's digital transformation, enabled by the e-dispatch of February 2025 payslips through a novel ICT Directorate service.
Staff members previously faced challenges due to the absence of payslips, but the ICT Directorate has successfully addressed this issue. According to ICT Director Dr. O.M. Iniaghe, staff will now receive their payslips seamlessly via email. February payslips have been dispatched to staff with correct email addresses, and March payslips will follow soon.
The digital payslip issuance system was developed by the ICT Directorate, led by Dr. Iniaghe, and powered by the Web Services, Digital Solutions, and Monitoring (WDM) Unit, headed by Mr. Umakhihe Oluwashola.
Dr. Iniaghe emphasized that the DPS opens doors for other digital services and Internal Generated Revenue (IGR) opportunities for the university. He encouraged staff to update their email addresses or request a staff email if they haven't received their payslip. Staff can fill out the attached Google form (https://forms.gle/fXqhZUebfQhtWVtc8)
to start receiving payslips.
