APPEAL COURT RESTORES OSHIOMHOLE'S LEADERSHIP OF APC.

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has set aside a ruling of FCT High Court suspending the APC National Chairman Comr Adams Oshiomhole from performing his duties.

The court’s panel headed by Justice Idris which commenced sitting by 4:00pm on Monday, in a unanimous decision agreed with the appellant that the suspension was unlawful.

With the latest ruling vacating the FCT High court order, Oshiomhole remains the authentic and legal National Chairman of the party.
