The suspended National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams OSHIOMHOLE has appealed the suspension order handed down by an Abuja High Court, Wednesday, which said the APC National chairman's suspension from the party is upheld.
In the notice of appeal filed at the Appeal Court Abuja Judicial Division with suit number FCT/HC/CV/837/2020 has Mustapha Salihu, Anselm Ojezua and 6 others as respondents
The Appeal is as a result of his dissatisfaction with the decision of the Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Jabi, Abuja, as contained in the ruling of his Lordship D.Z. Senchi where he ordered the suspension of Adams OSHIOMHOLE as well as stopping him from parading himself as the National Chairman of the party, pending the determination of the substantive suit.
The order also directed the leadership of the party to disallow Adams OSHIOMHOLE from gaining assess to the APC National Secretariat.
In the Appeal, Adams OSHIOMHOLE sort reliefs which is not, in any way, limited to vacating the court order as well as retaining him in his substantive position as the party's National Chairman, among other reliefs.
