The former Commissioner representing Edo State on the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission(NDDC) and a Frontline politician of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Hon Matthew IDUORIYEKEMWEN has sent a congratulatory message to Edo State deputy Governor, Comrade Rt.Hon. Philip Shaibu as he clocks 51.
In a congratulatory message issued in Benin City, copy of which was made available to SPARKNEWSNAIJA, Hon Matthew IDUORIYEKEMWEN described the Deputy Governor as an enigma whose influence cuts across ages and generation.
The former Majority Leader of Edo State House of Assembly said "Rt Hon Shaibu earned whatever respect and honour he enjoys today through hard labour, dedication, trustworthiness, commitment and loyalty to superiors and associates, as well as been a bridge builder linking the youthful generation to that of the adults".
Hon iduoriyekemwen said comrade Shaibu has "influenced many politicians in Nigeria, most especially in Edo State with his unrepentant loyalty to a boss he believed in, even in the face of percieved persecution from friends and associates.
He then wished the deputy Governor more of God's blessings and anointing in years to come while also congratulating Mrs Shaibu for being a pillar of support to the husband.
