As the world frantically seek possible remedy and medication for the prevention, maintenance and possible cure of the dreaded Corona-virus pandemic, the University of Jos' "African Centre For Excellence In Phytomedicine" has produced a home made herbal tea for the prevention of Covid-19.
According to an "internal memo" dated 11th January,2021, issued and signed by Chief Monday.M. Danjem, the registrar and secretary to the Senate said "the University's Senate at it's 4th Special meeting on the 11th of January,2021 deliberated on the achievement."
The memo stated that "the herbal tea now available for sale is for the prevention of Covid-19 and very affordable."
