As the trial for the alleged murder  of  the Okaighele of Kolokolo Community, in Ologbo Dukedom before a Benin high court was set to commence, Wednesday,2nd June, 2021, the trial judge,
Justice  Mary Ituseli, in consultation with counsels to parties in the case had to abruptly adjourned to  11th  of June,  2021 for continuous hearing due to what is termed "security threat" within the court premises.

At today's hearing, when the case was called to be heard,  there was a seeming commotion and loud noise outside the Court which course could not be accertained, but for percieved and noticable serious altercation outside the court.

Information later filter into the court that it was not safe for the sitting to continue . The judge had to quickly adjourn for the situation to  calm down.

Counsel to the 8th accussed person, Ighedosa Imandegbelo, SAN,  during the brief break led the other Counsels to the judge's chamber for a short meeting, the outcome of which was an understanding by all, for the trial court to adjourn to 11th of June 2021 for  continues hearing.

SPARKNEWSNAIJA however gathered that, an attempt by the vigilantes around the court premises   to get  one of the suspects who came with Chief Johnson Atselege may have led to the Pandemonium outside the Court.

Meanwhile, one of the suspects  in the cold blood murder of late Sunny Etchie ( the Okaeghele of Kolokolo in Ologbo DukeDom) , Micah  Kaka was formerly arraigned in Court today and his plea eqaully taken.

Micah  Kaka who was eventualy arrested after a year is being arraigned for the kiddnaping , murder of the Okaeghele of Kolokolo in Ologbo DukeDom.
