A top ranking APC chieftain in Edo State and a former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Domingo Obende has described the demise of Edo burn Multi billionaire and philanthropist, Captain (Dr.) HOSA Wells Okunbor as heart breaking and a rude shock, thus creating a vacuum which may be hard to fill.
Senator Domingo Obende, in a statement issued in Abuja, copy of which was made available to SPARKNEWSNAIJA, said Capt. HOSA was an embodiment of a complete gentleman who was keenly interested in the well-being of others.
"CAPPY's interest in humanity goes beyond creed,race or colour as he has many friends and associates who are never from Edo, may not even be from Nigeria"
"He is such a detribalised personality who was ever ready to listen to all as well as support, where necessary."
Senator OBENDE then enjoined family, friends and associates to take solace in the fact that he lived a good life and would be remembered for his good works".
