A frontline chieftain of the All Progresives Congress, APC, in Edo State, and a former Senator, who represented Edo North at the National Assembly, Senator Domingo Obende has described the victory of Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu in the just concluded presidential election as well deserved and a reflection of the peoples decision.
Dr. Domingo Obende who represented Edo North Senatorial District at the 7th Senate of the National Assembly in a congratulatory messages personally addressed to the President-Elect Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his Vice, Alhaji Kashim Shetima, copies of which was made available to SPARKNEWSNAIJA, said "your victory at the presidential polls could not be less deserving considering your ever consistent and convintion on all matters that concerns our great party, the APC and the Nation at large".
Dr. Domingo Obende expressed his "satisfaction and pride over your display of a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of our country Nigeria. As I listened carefully to your acceptance speech after your emergence, one of the major and serious take away in your speech was when you charged other presidential candidates to sync with you as as to achieve teamwork and make Nigeria great".
The Akoko-Edo born politician cum businessman while trusting the capability of the president - elect to take Nigeria out of the woods said "your pedigree, track records and accomplishment in your previous endeavours will predicate effective service delivery that will create growth based prosperity for all Nigerians and return the nation back to track".
Banking on fundamental conviction that the president-elect and his team "will take Nigeria to the desired Next level", Senator Domingo Obende prayed God for wisdom, strength and good health to be able to put in your all, to achieving a better Nigeria."
Similarly, Dr. Domingo Obende also sent congratulatory messages to the Senator -Elect, Edo North Senatorial District, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, Comrade Peter Akpatason, Prof Julius Ihonbere, as well as the senator-elect, Edo Central, the House of Reps members elect for Edo Central and Edo South Senatorrial districts and
all the others contestans who won on the platform of the APC.
