As politicians across party lines warm up for the forth coming local government election in edo state, scheduled for September 2023, the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) as well as those of thee party in Oredo Local Government area have been called upon to nominate and support the candidacy of Dr. Tom Obaseki for the chairmanship of Oredo local government area.
Comrade Samson Momorin a.k.a "Masses eye" who made the statement in Benin city said
"Dr. Tom Obaseki's outstanding and intimidating credentials are all what the good people of Oredo needs and deserved at this trying time of our political life.
"No wonder everyone from the local government want to associate with his campaign.
I am privileged to speak about this young and dynamic man at every opportunity i have to do so.
"Our politics has grown beyond mere rice and bag of salt. It has attained the level of competence and understanding of governance, and that is exactly what Dr. Tom is bringing to the table for Oredo citizens and residence.
Masses Eye said "I have no doubt in my mind that the right man for the job will be selected by the leadership of PDP. That right man, in my opinion and that of majority, is Dr. Tom Obaseki.
