The Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) has approved the induction of 39 qualified medical doctors from the 2020/2021 session of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma's College of Medicine. This group marks the 18th set of inductees from the institution.
According to Otunba Mike Ade Aladenika, Principal Assistant Registrar and Head of Information and Public Relations at AAU Ekpoma, the inductees have met all the necessary requirements.
The induction ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 10:00 am at the university's Students and International Conference Centre.
The Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sunday Olowo Samuel, has, on behalf of the university community expressed gratitude to Governor Monday Okpebholo for his support and commitment to the development and growth of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma.
"The university community also extends its appreciation to the Governing Council, led by Chief Dan Osi Orbih, as well as the Commissioner for Education, Dr. Paddy Iyamu, and the Commissioner for Health, Dr. Cyril Oshiomhole, for their invaluable contributions to the growth and development of the university."
