Ekpoma- The Management of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma (AAUE), has announced the provision of subsidised on-campus hostel accommodation for students, originally living off campus who are affected by difficulties of mobility as the First Semester Examinations are set to commence.
In this regard, the University Management has approved the provision of bed space accommodation within the University hostels for interested students who may wish to reside on campus for the remainder of the session.
This accommodation will be made available at a subsidised rate to students, considering that the first semester is almost ended, while also ensuring a safe and conducive environment for academic activities.
Under this arrangement, bed spaces will be made available within the university hostels at a subsidised rate for interested students for the remainder of the semester.
Speaking on the development, the Principal Assistant Registrar/Head, Information,Protocol and Public Relations, Otunba Mike Aladenika, said the initiative was a proactive response to prevailing circumstances.
"The safety and welfare of our students remain our top priority. The University has taken deliberate steps to provide safe and affordable accommodation within the campus for students who, originally live off-campus." Aladenika said.
He added that the measure would also help students focus on their academic responsibilities as examinations approach.
"As we prepare to commence the first semester examinations, it is important that our students are in a secured and conducive environment that supports effective studies and participation in the exams process," he added.

Reassuring parents and stakeholders, Aladenika emphasized the University’s continued commitment to maintaining stability on campus.
